◆「なつ☆ゆめ☆まつり」いずみがおか２０１１が7月24日の日曜日に開催されました。私はボランティア体験プログラムに参加した為、泉ヶ丘駅に帰っって来たのは４時を回っていましたが噴水広場では仮面ライダーと子供たちが写真撮影をしている処でした。

◆ビッグ･アイ広場周辺では府立大学のジャグリングサークルが見事な手さばきの演芸を披露していたり、桃山大学の釣研究会による「泉北みじかな生き物館」の展示が行われていたり「泉ヶ丘駅前地域活性化キックオフイベント」は盛り上がりを見せていました。

◆ビッグ･アイの内では健老大学による作品の展示が行われていたり、学生による「なぎなた」の演武もまだ見ることが出来ました。また、ビッグ･バンの前の広場ではECO活動として「打ち水」が行われており涼しさを演出していました。広場のまわりでは企業や団体の宣伝を兼ねた活動や展示も開かれていました。
