若松台から竹城台センターに向かう泉ヶ丘緑道沿いに大人用ストレッチ遊具が設置されました。以前はコンクリート製のベンチが２脚のみ在った場所で普段は散歩の途中に休憩するなど付近の人が一息着ける様な処です。私も散歩の途中に良く休憩に利用していた場所です。遊具の種類は①バーに捉まり円盤の上に立ち体を左右にひねる遊具②座った状態で足を延ばして体を前屈する遊具③椅子に座りバーを握って体を左右に倒す等のストレッチが出来る３種類の遊具が設置されました。

晴れた日の午後、この付近を散歩していたらお年寄りのご夫婦が体を動かしておられました。その時はちょっと遠慮して通り過ぎてしまいました。

この緑道は、私も朝のウオーキングで、よく歩いています。
いつ、工事のフェンスが外されるか、楽しみにしていました。
年末、新年と寒い日が続いて、そっちの方へ行ってないのですが、
もう使えるのですね。
ひねって、のばして、お正月太りをなんとかしたいものです。
早速、行ってみることにします。
