◆先日、「泉北コミュニティ」に気になる記事が載っていました。「泉北高校で泉北市民科学講座」を開講すると、ミニコミ誌を見たのが、第１回目の講座２日前だったので、あきらめていたが「メール」で参加の申し込みをしたら前日になって「受付」しましたの返事が返ってきた。
子供が１５年前に通学していた高校でしかもいつもベランドから校舎やグランドを眺めていた事もあり機会があれば泉北高校に行って見たいと思っていたので躊躇することなく決断した。

◆ところが、第１回目の講座は、前夜に体調を崩し寝込む羽目に陥り出席できなくなってしまい、今日２月９日の第２回目の講座にやっと参加してきた。
◆前回(１回目)は１０名ほどの参加者があったそうですが、本日は私を含めて５名でした。地学の分野の内おもに気象に関した講座で気象の基本の話、予報の話、気圧、気温、風、など等を実験を交えての説明でわかり易く説明されわかり易かったです。参加者は５名でしたがお子さんも保護者一緒に来られていて、実験を手伝うなど和気あいあいの雰囲気で進められた。
◆また講義の教室が４階だったので和泉山脈の雪化粧した処を見る事が出来たり、夜には教室のローカ側では遠く神戸のあかりが見えるとの話もあり、夏場にも来てみたい身持ちになりました。
