心肺蘇生講習会へ参加

堺市医師会が主催した心肺蘇生講習会に参加しました。堺市医師会では毎年市内の各地区で心肺蘇生講習会を実施しているそうです。今回の中区保健センターでは26名の方々の参加がありました。

心肺停止状態から最初の４分までが支障なく社会復帰できる限界だそうでそれ以上の時間が経過すると何らかの傷害が残る為、いち早い対応が必要とのお話でした。現在、堺市消防局の救急車が１１９を受けて現場に到着するまでにはおおよそ７分かかるそうです。

チャンスは10分間

実技研修に先だち資料の説明とＤＶＤによる心肺蘇生の方法の映像で確認をしました。心肺停止で倒れた人の蘇生方法を救急車が到着するまでの対応について説明がありました。実際に蘇生方法を練習して感じたことは理解はしているつもりでも練習でさえ手間惑い焦りを感じました。

(1)倒れた人への意識の確認の呼びかけ
(2)周囲の人への協力依頼の呼びかけ(119通報、AED手配)
(3)人工呼吸の前に気道「頭部後屈あご先挙上法(ﾄｳﾌﾞｺｳｸﾂ ｱｺﾞｻｷ ｷｮｼﾞｮｳﾎｳ)」の確保
(4)人工呼吸を２回胸骨圧迫３０回の組合せを続ける
(5)ＡＥＤが入手できれば「除細動(ｼﾞｮｻｲﾄﾞｳ)」をナレーションに沿って行う。等です。

指導に当って下さった先生(医師)の話では特に胸骨圧迫の心臓マッサージは大事で骨折を恐れずに行ってくださいと話されていました。またＡＥＤ使用で女性の胸部を開くときブラは「切断」してでも素早く取除いて行ってください1分1秒を争いますと話されていました。また浴室等で倒れて体が濡れている場合はタオルで水分を拭き取ってから除細動を行ってくださいとの事でした。
