◆先日、新聞の広告特集で『府立大学,中百舌鳥キャンパスに国内最大級の「完全人工光型」植物工場研究センターが竣工。 栽培された、植物の一部でレタスは学内で学産学消をテーマに「サブウェイ」のサンドイッチなどに使用されたり、府大ブランド野菜として地元スパーなどに出荷』との事でしたが～ぁ・・・・
◆わが家でもミニ水耕栽培(完全自然光型)の植物工場をやっています!(^o^)!。

◆「ものぐさ」な私にはピッタリな方法です。 ちなみに使用している肥料はメーカー指定のハイポネックスです。小松菜は間もなく収穫出来そうです。一方、府大内の「サブウェイ」のサンドイッチも気になり一度食べてみたいと思います。
