●先日（３日）、地域の“えんじょいウォーク”で荒山公園（堺市南区）の梅林を見に行った。緑道を大蓮公園～竹城台緑道を抜けて、荒山公園折り返しの約１０ｋｍのコースである。
●約１時間２０分で公園に到着。多治速比売神社を廻って、梅林の園内に入ると紅白の梅の花が咲いていた。まだ三分咲きの梅もあるが、深紅色の「鹿児島紅」の鮮やかな花がひときは引き立っていた。

●更に園内を散策。白い花の「白滝枝垂」やピンク色の「寒紅梅」を始め、50品種、約1,400本の梅が植えられているという。園内を行き交う人も、春を感じ取るように和んでいました。
